The SAC clamp is recommended for turning plates from horizontal to vertical as well as through a 180° arc. The convex, serrated cam of this clamp swivels on a ball joint so that the area of cam engagement increases as the load increases. The SAC clamp has a drop forged body and shackle. Wider grips and higher Working Load Limits (to 200 tons) are available on special order.
